Job Description

Construction Project Manager is responsible for all site works. This includes being overall responsible for managing, planning and coordinating the affected site, including construction and commissioning activities.

Overall responsible for implementation of the ESH plan onsite, and to establish a safety culture amongst all involved parties

Overall responsible for proactive management, good cooperation, communication and securing of interfaces within the Site organisation ensuring that all his affected organisations and (Principal) Contractors scope of work, deliverables and agreed time schedules.

Overall responsible for the closeout of the Site Readiness procedure and reporting progress to Envision CoE.

Participate in the pre-Construction processes and review with Project Manager and Envision CoE for ensuring of compliancy with the Project Execution Plan and local regulations.

Implement Lessons Learnt and other relevant knowledge sharing processes to ensure implementation of Best Practice from other projects.

Overall responsible for the setup and daily operation of the site facilities required by Envisions site staff.

Setup of agreements with local suppliers.


Minimum five years of documented experience within construction projects, preferably from the wind energy sector, including three to five years of documented leadership experience.

As a person, you are proactive and you are able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks.

You thrive in an international environment and are a dedicated team player.

Excellent communication and relationship skills.

As a part of an international team you have understanding for cultural differences.

You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.
