Country Manager
Reports to: CEO - Cofundador
Location: México D.F.
Position’s Objective:
For the role of Country Manager, we is looking for an exceptional individual that wants to transform the fintech industry through a revolutionary platform.
The ideal candidate is an intense but consultative seller with strong analytical and communication skills. You will be expected to be a leading expert in a product-focused company and fast-moving industry.
Participant in company's strategy planning and make planning for business development based on deep understanding of local finance industry
Build and expand the business relationship with the cooperative partners, including the explorations of any business cooperation pattern and business contacts and communications

Main Responsabilities:
Approaching and working with various influencers within target accounts (banks and ecommerces) at senior levels.
Penetrating both:
1) banks and financial entities on the benefits of using the platform as a PaaS.
2) ecommerces on the benefits of using the platform to increase sales as a marketing tool.
Understanding prospects’ key goals, workflows, and needs through in-person and remote meetings.
Building a fruitful network of influencers and prospects and the ecosystem at large.
Developing, negotiating and structuring long-term relationships with clients, both B2B and B2C.
Create, lead and develop the new working team, through the highest ethical professional standards.
Drive the Sales, Marketing and Client Management side of the business.
Developing and implementing the go to market strategy for the business 
Interacting with various stakeholders and departments (finance, marketing, pre sales teams)
Analysing and set up the Sales, Marketing and Business Development strategies
Ensuring forecast accuracy and pipeline management
Keep building and leading a high performing sales team 
Communicate with the HQ, report on progress, and act as the organization's representative in Mexico
Develop goals and policies, and establish standard operating procedures that are in alignment with the organization's mission.
Combined with the development trend of its industry, propose suggestion or solutions on optimization and innovation for the products and service based on the consumers' demand for local traditional finance and Internet e-Commerce
Lead the business development and operation in local county in order to achieve high performances and innovation development

Qualifications

Remuneration:
Anual Income: $80,000 USD Package
Performance Bonus: Between 2 and 4 months of wage, included on the described package
Other Benefits: 15 days of Xmas Bonus



Ideal Candidate’s Profile
Formation:
Min Bachelor Degree or above, minimum 10 years' working experience; familiar with local finance industry and mathematical formation will be positively valued;
Strong financial or Internet retail background will be advantageous


Experience:
Provable experience in at least two of the following: banking, fintech, strategic consulting and/or startup management.

Experience on project management; ability to lead team members in different functions; coordinate each departments and achieve results
Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to work under changing environments with face many uncertainties and keep enthusiasm and sense of responsibility

Profile:
Very strong commercial capabilities.
Significant experience in selling enterprise software - ideally SaaS platforms or marketing software solutions that are relevant to the fintech/ecommerce market.
New business sales experience, has taken new technology deals from prospect to close.
A track record of developing enduring client/partner relationships.
Ability to propose creative solutions to address client needs.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
Abnormally hungry and willing to do what it takes to delight our customers.
Proven experience in selling technology-driven solutions to banks/ecommerces.
Results-oriented and autonomous achiever.
Can work independently and problem-solve in ambiguous situations.
Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations.
Experience with typical startup tools like the likes of Trello, Google apps, Slack, Zendesk, etc.
Passion for fintech revolution.
Rocket Internet experience will be a plus.
Technical degree will be a plus.
Proven experience with fintech start-ups will be a plus.
