We are seeking a very special person to be a trusted “HR Business Advisor/Partner” for our very well-known client. Position level is flexible from Sr. Manager to Director depending on how well you can prove your value.

The right person for this role will become a trusted “change agent” and true strategic partner with the business in translating its issues and challenges into specific people or HR solutions designed to help grow the business and provide a positive shopping experience for its customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for all HR or people-related matters for the assigned business unit by strengthening the BU’s organizational/talent capabilities, develop a “performance-oriented” culture, keep employees or sales associates engaged, and increase productivity through continuous improvement and higher per capita productivity.
