Homzmart is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and continuously updating VM guidelines and standards.
• Following up on every VM-related item ordered and ensuring implementation across showrooms.
• Effectively utilizing showroom teams and ensuring execution through the store teams.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, often across different showrooms.
• Supporting VM requirements for new showroom openings.
• Owning in-store branding and ensuring consistency across locations.
• Following up commercially on the performance of displayed products and adjusting VM accordingly.
• Conducting frequent showroom visits and ensuring standards are consistently maintained.
• Taking initiative to identify opportunities, create new concepts, and continuously improve the customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Visual Merchandising, interior designer, or in a similar role, preferably in retail or furniture industry.

• Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, spatial planning, and furniture styling.

• Experience in designing and executing large-scale visual displays in multiple locations.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD) or similar.

• Strong knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
