Part-time / Live-in / Waking Nights
£13 - £14 per hour for hourly care | Live-in rates discussed separately

Role Purpose- We are currently looking for Care Professionals, Care Assistants, Carers and Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients across Loughborough and the wider Charnwood area. We are particularly looking for people who are available for:

• Live-in Carers
• Waking Night Care- Every other Saturday support
• Hourly Morning and evening home care visits

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with mobility and medication prompts
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
• Support clients to maintain their independence and daily routines
• Provide attentive support during waking night shifts
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes in a client's needs
• Maintain accurate care records and visit notes
• Work safely and follow company policies, safeguarding and health and safety procedures
• Attend required training, meetings and ongoing development sessions

Availability- We are particularly interested in Care Professionals who can offer:

Hourly Home Care

• Morning visits, starting from 8:00am, paid at £13 per hour
• Evening visits, finishing at 10:00pm, paid at £14 per hour
• Weekend visits, paid at £14 per hour

Live-in Care

• Live-in care opportunities supporting clients in their own homes
• Providing companionship, personal care and support with daily routines
• Live-in arrangements and rates discussed as part of the recruitment process

Waking Nights

• Waking night support for clients who require assistance throughout the night
• Remaining awake and available to provide support when required- We are particularly looking for availability to support clients every other Saturday

Requirements

• A caring, compassionate and reliable nature
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
• Based in Charnwood or surrounding areas
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for community-based care
• Ability to obtain appropriate Class 1 Business Motor Insurance for work-related driving
• Flexible and reliable availability
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Willingness to complete all required training
• Full right to work in the UK
• Digitally and technologically proficient
