Job Description

We need kind, friendly, compassionate and reliable people to join our domiciliary care team. You’ll be supporting our clients in their own homes to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. It’s an ideal role for someone who is caring, patient, and will enjoy delivering high-quality person-centred care.  

You'll get to know  your clients , their sense of humour, along with what interests them. Other duties include:

  • Help clients to start their day, or settle for the evening, assisting with personal care routines and any medication prompts.
  • Contribute to a homely environment by helping with light household chores and breakfast or supper preparation.
  • Maintain transparent communication with clients and families and enjoy providing first-class care and comfort.

Qualifications

  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care
  • Good communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and families
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel between clients’ homes - driving licence with access to your own car needed for home visits, grocery shopping and taking clients out to appointments and fun outings
  • Happy to follow instructions, care plans, and procedures
