What You'll Do

As a DC Business Expert - 3PL, you will be the key link between Distribution Centre (DC) operations, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and business stakeholders. You will ensure operational excellence by supporting warehouse management systems, driving process improvements, maintaining compliance, and enabling smooth logistics operations. You will:

• Support 3PL operations by ensuring warehouse systems, processes, and integrations run effectively and efficiently.
• Act as the key contact for system support, incident management, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Partner with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to implement operational, system, and service requirements.
• Coordinate logistics and operational activities, including change requests, inbound planning, and stock movement execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and governance requirements.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with Distribution Centre (DC) Operations & Management, Sales, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams, as well as IT, System Support, Project Teams, and 3PL partners to ensure seamless warehouse operations, system performance, and process excellence.

This role will be reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager.

• Strong understanding of DC processes, inventory management, and operational workflows.
