At Weekday, understanding the young customer is at the heart of every commercial decision we make. We're now looking for an OMNI Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team and help turn customer insights, sales data and trends into a strong customer offer across stores and online. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a future within merchandising. Working closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, you'll gain broad exposure to the omni business while developing the commercial and analytical skills needed to eventually own and drive your own business area. 

As an OMNI Merchandiser, you will support the merchandising team in driving sales, stock management and profitability across both our physical and digital channels. 

What you will do: 

  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities and risks through reporting and analysis. 
  • Supporting merchandising activities across allocation, replenishment, pricing and stock management. 
  • Helping optimise stock levels across stores and online channels to maximise sales opportunities and profitability. 
  • Supporting the execution of commercial plans and key business initiatives. 
  • Analysing product performance and translating insights into actions and recommendations. 
  • Supporting projects related to store expansion, yearly stock takes, RFID and other merchandising initiatives. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise the customer experience across all channels. 
  • Supporting the merchandising team with reporting, analysis and day-to-day operational activities. 

Who you’ll work with:  

You'll join a collaborative Merchandising team consisting of OMNI, Store and Online Merchandisers, working closely with Merchandising Leads and business stakeholders across Weekday. 

The role offers extensive cross-functional exposure and close collaboration with teams across Assortment, E-commerce, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Studio and Customer Experience. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong analytical skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. 

You have: 

  • Experience from a retail, fashion or customer-focused business environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in understanding what drives sales, stock performance and profitability. 
  • Experience working with Excel and confidence handling data and reports. 
  • Professional-level English, both written and spoken. 
  • The ability to translate insights into actions and recommendations. 
  • It's also a plus if you have experience working with Power BI or similar reporting tools. 

It would be an advantage if you have experience from roles such as: 

  • Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Floor Manager. 
  • Buyer, Assistant Buyer or Planner. 
  • Merchandising, allocation, stock management or sales analysis.

Additional Information

This is a full time permanent / temporary contract based at our Head Office in Stockholm Södermalm
