Creative – Global Windows & Brand Spaces

Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative to join our Brand Spaces team within Global Marketing and help shape how our brand comes to life in the physical world. 
 
In this role, you’ll focus on developing ideas for global window displays and Brand Space activations - shaping the experiences people see in our stores and on our streets. From first thought to final build, you’ll work hands-on to turn ideas into real, impactful experiences people don’t just see - but feel. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

You will: 

  • Develop creative, spatial concepts for global window displays that elevate brand impact and attract customers 
  • Bring concepts to life in collaboration with cross-functional teams, internal production teams and external partners 
  • Translate briefs into clear, strong creative solutions that are ready for execution 
  • Contribute to high-quality, brand-consistent experiences across touchpoints 
  • Stay close to execution, including hands-on involvement in installations when needed 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

  • 6+ years of experience within creative development, ideally in fashion or retail 
  • A strong background in window displays, set design, or spatial experiences 
  • Proven experience working with global retail environments and activations 
  • Proven experience in putting creative concepts together 
  • Proficiency in Rhino, Enscape and KeyShot, with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite also beneficial 
  • AutoCad/Revit skills to translate 2D into 3D 
  • An openness to using AI tools as part of the creative process 
  • Beneficial to have an interest in art, design, and fashion, and a strong awareness of fashion brands.

  • Curious and hands-on, with a passion for physical experiences and storytelling

  • Clear communicators & presentational skills with a strong understanding of how retail connects to brand and marketing
