WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Create, adjust and refine patterns across all womenswear product categories using tools such as Lectra Modaris and CLO 3D, ensuring high-quality fit and construction.

• Participate in weekly fit sessions and implement fit corrections to secure silhouette, balance and consistency. 

• Work closely with Designers to translate design ideas and sketches into accurate patterns that meet both creative and customer needs. 

• Evaluate incoming samples and secure garment fit while following up on return insights and selling performance. 

• Collaborate with Product Developers, Buyers and other cross-functional partners to ensure feasibility through development and production. 

• Contribute to assortment development by supporting well-balanced silhouettes across collections.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

You will collaborate daily with Designers, Product Developers and the broader Assortment Team. You’ll be part of a team of six Pattern Makers who support one another across categories, share knowledge and work closely to secure fit and craftsmanship. 

You will also interact with external suppliers and internal creative partners to ensure patterns are executed with accuracy and precision. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for product and fit. You are comfortable working both independently and together with others, and you enjoy being part of a creative and fast-paced environment. 

We believe you have: 

• A few years’ experience working as a Pattern Maker within the fashion industry. 

• Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern development. 

• Experience working with different product types within Womenswear (Light woven experience is an advantage)

• Hands-on experience with PLM systems and pattern-making software, including Lectra Modaris; experience with CLO 3D is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate closely with designers and translate creative ideas into technical solutions. 

• The ability to prioritize, stay structured, and deliver high-quality work in an operational role.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently when needed. 

• Creative, curious, and interested in developing new silhouettes and fits. 

• Focused and able to work in detail-heavy tasks over longer periods. 

• Proactive and willing to contribute with your own ideas in the product development process. 

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
