WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Loss Prevention Responsible, you will drive the Loss Prevention strategy and execution across the Sales Market. Your mission is to reduce shrinkage, strengthen controls and ensure consistent implementation of loss prevention tools, standards and procedures across all locations. You will work proactively with data, investigations and cross‑functional collaboration to build a strong loss‑awareness culture and protect business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Greece, consisting of Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
You will:
- Drive the implementation of loss prevention strategies, tools, trainings and awareness initiatives to reduce shrinkage.
- Analyse shrinkage reports, transaction data and inventory discrepancies to identify internal, external, administrative losses and process gaps.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and translate insights into concrete preventive actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of LP initiatives, identifying risks and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and ensure high Loss Prevention standards across stores and operations.
- Prepare reports and KPIs highlighting trends, risk areas and performance development.
- Adjust and align global LP standards to local legal and regulatory requirements when needed.
- Manage LP tools such as LPMS, KPI dashboards, CCTV and shrinkage reporting systems.
- Lead LP case management, including investigations related to theft and fraud, and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
- Act as an ambassador of the Loss Prevention Policy and contribute to the development of LP standards.
- Train and educate store teams on loss prevention awareness, security procedures and incident reporting.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will work closely with Store and Area Teams, Sales Market leadership and other key stakeholders within the market. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to embed Loss Prevention standards into daily operations and support a strong culture of awareness and accountability.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- 3–5 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certification in Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Retail Security are an advantage.
- Proven experience in loss prevention, security or risk management, preferably within a retail or fashion retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management and POS transaction analysis.
- Experience in analysing data and KPIs to identify shrinkage risks and improvement opportunities.
- Proven experience leading investigations, LP case management and handling sensitive matters.
- Experience implementing Loss Prevention strategies, tools and detection methods.
- Fluency in English and relevant local languages is mandatory (written/verbal)
