ABOUT THE ROLE 
As a Business Expert within Store Payments, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless payment experiences for customers and smooth financial integrations for our stakeholders. You will work closely with product managers, business experts, engineers, and other stakeholders across the H&M Group, you will focus on prioritizing desired product outcomes and translating them into measurable business value. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Identify, analyze, implement and document business needs related to store payments enablement, ensuring clear and actionable requirements for solution development in line with strategic goals 

• Act as a global project leader, driving and coordinating cross-functional payment process changes and delivering new payment solutions across various sales markets 

• Contribute specialized expertise to enhance the value of store payment solutions for both in-store end-users and customers. 

• Partner with payment stakeholders across the organization, such as the sales organization, treasury, core platforms, operations layers and commercial procurement to explore improvements that increase customer satisfaction and enable new business opportunities. 

• Support solution implementation by conducting UAT, acceptance testing, and change management while ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption.

The Store Payments Enablement team is a vital part of H&M’s Business Tech organization, operating in the Component layer within the Product Development & Engineering Tech Center. You will work with a team of Technical Engineers, Solution Architects, Program Manager and Business Experts to drive our mission to design and deliver secure, composable payment solutions that are cost-efficient and meet competitive time-to-market demands. As a global team, we support card and alternative payment methods for all stores, brands, and markets. Our team is led by a Product Manager and our vision is to enable fast, secure, and frictionless payments. With a passion for technology while being flexible and open minded, we strive to deliver best-in-class services for our customers and stakeholders. WHO YOU ARE 
We’re looking for people who have: 

• Ability to act as a global project leader, driving and coordinating cross-functional payment process changes and delivering new payment solutions across various sales markets 

• Experience in Payments/Finance: Background in payments, finance, or working with external vendors, including negotiating and defining requirements. 

• Knowledge of Payment Systems & Financial Integrations: An understanding of payment processing, financial flows, and integrations, particularly in retail systems. 

• Project Management Expertise: Proficient in leading projects through different project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches (e.g. Waterfall) with experience delivering projects using diverse frameworks. 

• Business/Product Development: Experience in business development, product development, or product management as well as providing user training for system adoption. 

And people who are: 

• Analytical and have a strong ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions and improvements. 

• Able to lead independently and have strong self-leadership skills with the ability to make informed decisions and drive strategic direction. 

• Able to communicate in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
