Job Description

As a Supply chain controller at Afound you will be part of a fast-moving start-up within the H&M Group who is expanding rapidly into new markets. We seek entrepreneurs, self-starters and people who like to make things happen. You are a strong team player who is open minded and solution oriented. As part of the controlling team you are responsible for forecasting and following up on processes and costs related to our supply chain operations to ensure a qualitative customer experience and profitable sales.


Your responsibilities

  • Together with the Logistics manager forecast and follow up on warehouse and delivery processes and costs.
  • Together with the logistics team monitor daily operations at the warehouse and in our logistics chain to ensure correct and efficient logistical flows.
  • Together with department managers forecast and follow up on processes and costs connected to customer care.
  • Put together business cases for new initiatives.
  • Reoccurring direct contact with our logistical partners.
  • Follow up compliance on 3rd party contracts.
  • Work in close collaboration with the controlling, assortment, sales and logistics teams at Afound as well as the supply chain organization within the H&M Group.

Qualifications


To succeed in this role you have a controlling background and is comfortable working independently combining different data sources and turning your analysis into actions. 

Your skills and experiences

  • Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 2-3 years experience of working in a controlling role.
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set, taking own initiatives, as we are a flat organization with a straightforward, open-minded culture and short decision paths.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in the team.
  • Driven and result oriented personality, with a genuine interest in retail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.
  • Like working in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
  • Great skills in MS Office, especially in Excel.
