Job Description

About the role
As a Conversion Specialist at Afound you are responsible for presenting the highest converting deals and content to our customers on the marketplace. You will be responsible for presenting new ideas on conversion optimizations across site not just to increase number of transaction but also number of sign-ups as well as other customer interactions such as logged in customers. The role requires a customer centric mindset when developing expertise in what content is driving engagement, usability, and conversion. You will take part in design sprints and keep a close collaboration with developers, UI/UX designers and web analysts in the Online Sales team. All working towards achieving the online sales goals. You will daily be creating, publishing, and promoting digital content across our site and newsletters. You act as a bridge between data models and customer interactions on site and in newsletters.

Qualifications

To be able to both enjoy and succeed in this role you need to:

  • Have a “growth mindset” be result-oriented and motivated by challenging goals
  • Be entrepreneurial and creative, constantly wanting to improve and make the customer experience even better
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with online sales 
  • Have strong analytical ability to work with data driven decisions
  • Used to working in tools such as Google analytics, Business Intelligence tools, CMS, Photoshop and Product recommendations engines
  • Be able to move from ideation to production in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to thrive in a flexible startup environment where processes & strategies change and evolve over time
  • Maintain an active awareness of industry trends and best practices
