Hishabee Technologies Limited is a rapidly growing startup focused on SaaS and Fintech solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accounts Executive with a strong accounting, VAT, and tax background to join our Accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.

• Manage tax-related tasks, including the preparation of tax returns and coordination with tax authorities.

• Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing relevant financial data and analysis.

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies on time.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and resolve accounting issues.

• Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, VAT, and tax management.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
