Join HireVue as our Senior Director of Global Demand and Field Marketing, and be at the forefront of shaping our marketing strategy on a global scale! In this dynamic role, you’ll spearhead our demand generation initiatives, leveraging SEO, PPC, email, social media, and web strategies to drive impactful results. In this role you will:

  • Ignite global growth with a cutting-edge, account-based marketing strategy that drives pipeline generation across diverse regions and industries. Create standout, customer-centric experiences that capture attention in a crowded digital landscape.
  • Optimize performance with data-driven practices for our Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams, and forge strong partnerships with sales and customer success leaders to align strategies with business goals.
  • Craft an integrated marketing plan that includes dynamic demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and more. Foster collaboration with sales teams to establish best practices and tools for effective lead follow-up and prospecting.
  • Leverage analytics to enhance marketing qualified leads, track funnel performance, and improve conversion rates. Manage marketing systems and vendor relationships for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and communications teams to create cohesive strategies that resonate with buyers. Empower and educate the sales team on campaign objectives and KPI performance, while developing compelling messaging across multiple channels.

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B experience is a must for this position. The market has shifted dramatically, with new technologies, customer behaviors, and expectations emerging. We're looking for candidates who can bring fresh insights and an understanding of contemporary trends in demand generation and field marketing. This approach ensures we stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape and effectively meet the needs of our customers today.

  • Experience with more mature, late-stage venture capital or private equity-backed companies. Our ideal candidates will have navigated the complexities and structures that come with established organizations, rather than those from early-stage startups. This experience will help ensure that you’re equipped to contribute to our growth and strategic initiatives effectively.

  • Proven expertise in crafting targeted demand generation and field marketing strategies that drive measurable results in competitive markets.

  • Deep proficiency in advanced market research and data analysis techniques, enabling you to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • A distinguished history of building strategic partnerships with sales leadership, fostering collaborations that significantly enhance business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing field marketing initiatives in close alignment with senior executives and key stakeholders.

  • Versatile in deploying innovative marketing tactics across both digital platforms (like social media) and traditional channels (such as public relations).

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and specialized business software (including CRM systems) to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.

  • A dynamic leader who blends creativity with analytical acumen to drive impactful marketing campaigns.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities that foster collaboration across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a notable advantage.

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings.

Our organization has implemented a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy, HireVue uses Google User Enrollment, which ensures personal apps and data are kept separate from work apps and data should you choose to use your personal device for work purposes.
