Job Description

Highlight Technologies is seeking a motivated Service Desk Coordinator to provide administrative & clerical support to our Federal client in Washington, D.C. You will be responsible for assisting our customer with gathering facts and data to be used in creating service requests. Must have a passion for technology, great personality, and eager to learn & improve!

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust. 
  • 2 yrs of experience providing clerical, administrative, or executive support. 
  • Service Desk experience a plus.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good planning and time management skills.
