Job Description

Job Purpose:  Develops, writes and organizes proposals and presentations in response to RFP's, using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects. Organizes public image campaigns and special events. Participates in creating brand awareness through tradeshows and social media.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare proposals and timelines by: conducting proposal meetings, developing storyboarding and win themes, coordinating with team members to create content and messaging; assembly of proposals; and preparing presentations.
  • Support customer meetings and trade shows by maintaining business development materials.
  • Maintain past performance data.
  • Strategize and co-create content, both written and visual, including original material
  • Manage social media image and content including: Website, Facebook/LinkedIn page, Twitter interaction
  • Publish Quarterly newsletter

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing orAdvertising preferred

Experience: 

·        Federal contract proposal writing/development experiencerequired

·        2+ years’ marketing, advertising or graphicdesign experience

·        Familiarity with Architect, Engineering or ConstructionIndustry preferred

Licenses: CPSM, PCM certification or similar professional services marketing certificationhighly preferred


Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent writing skills including the ability to interview staff and distill into a compelling message
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing concepts and tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Process oriented approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Expert computer skills, including MS Office, web search/analytics and Google Adwords
