For our mission we are looking for a hungry, fearless and hard-working Associate Product Manager (f/m/d) who helps us build a rapidly growing B2B company with the most efficient growth channels. 

We are looking for looking for Graduates that are interested in being a future Product Manager with varying levels of experience and background (0-1 years of work experience) to join our progressive Associate Product Manager Program. In this program you will be staffed on our highest need initiatives and enrolled in a learning and development plan targeted at developing our most critical product manager competencies.  While experiences may vary by candidate and business need, the program will include at least 2 rotations over 12 months working on high impact product opportunities while collaborating with a wide array of key stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, strategy, finance and marketing. The intention is that, upon completion, high performing program participants will be prepared to take on advanced product management roles.

As an Associate Product Manager at heycater!, you will be a key member of the team that drives the latest and most innovative ideas from product ideation, to build, to launch, to scaling in the market. You will assist in delivering next generation product offerings to our customers, including convenient ordering experiences, self-service software, cutting-edge supply side applications as well as automation solutions to help our sales team meet their customers needs more efficiently.

• You have an excellent master's degree with a preferred scientific, technical or engineering orientation (in particular mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics or industrial engineering)
• You bring a high level of initiative, competence and ambition to familiarize yourself with complex problems and to develop innovative solutions
• You have a pronounced technical interest and pleasure in innovative products
• You are a great communicator, team player and thrive in high performance environments
