Our Tech team is looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d). In this role you are significantly responsible for building internal tools and automations on our heycater! platform.

Your responsibilities as Senior Product Manager: 

●  Product strategy: Working closely with the Product and Tech Team to create product roadmaps and strategies. You prioritize the product backlog in an agile workflow

●  Product Life Cycle: Monitoring the product life cycle of different product features from conceptualization and ticket creation to implementation and QA

●  Identify New features: Identifying dependencies between teams and projects and plan accordingly, creating and maintaining the documentation of existing and new features

●  Product Roadmap: You are responsible to break down the product strategy and create roadmaps for your team

●  Collaboration: Working closely with different stakeholders to solve their pain points and improve their operational efficiency and productivity. You analyze and monitor all relevant success metrics

You should have these experiences & qualifications:

●  Experience as Product Manager: You have a strong business sense to drive processes and innovation and take ownership of tasks with at least 5 years of hands on product management experience

●  Product Strategy: Experience in setting up short and long term strategy according to heycater! and our product vision

●  Track record: Successfully build scalable ideas and processes, paired with the ability to clearly communicate and execute these

●  Analytical Mindset: To break down problems and structure them without getting lots in details and to define and measure the impact - you are focus to always base decision making on data

●  Collaboration & team spirit: Obtain strong communication skills that will help you in acting as a bridge between different teams, building up trust with key stakeholders by pitching and improving your product ideas

●  Language skills: German on B2 level is required
