For our mission we are looking for a hungry, fearless and ambitioned Salesforce Product Manager (f/M/d) who helps us build internal tools and automations on our Salesforce CRM.

• You own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog in an agile workflow

• You have strong communication skills and work closely with the different stakeholders to solve their pain points and improve their operational efficiency and productivity

• You monitor the life cycle of different features from conceptualization and ticket creation to implementation and QA

• You analyze and monitor all relevant success metrics

• You are in charge of creating and maintaining the documentation of existing and new features

• You identify dependencies between teams and projects and plan accordingly

• Product Manager with a strong business sense to drive processes and innovation and take ownership of tasks with at least 2 years of hands on experience
• Successful track record of building scalable ideas and processes, paired with the ability to clearly communicate and execute them
• Focus on and passion for creating solutions that are catered towards the needs of your users/colleagues
• Obtain strong communication skills that will help you in acting as a bridge between different teams, building up trust with key stakeholders, and pitching your ideas
• Possess analytical skills to break down problems and structure them without getting lost in details and to define and measure the impact
• Focus to always base decision making on data
• Prior experience with Salesforce is not necessary, but candidates with experience will be given preference

• German on B2 Level required!

OUR PURPOSE?
We create a worklife system in which the ambitions "To Lead as a Mother" and "To Lead as a
Female Professional" do not cannibalize each other, because we are convinced that:
Strong mothers = strong society = strong economy.

WHAT WE DO:
We implement the following 3-point system / motherhood program with you:
1.Still time: We compensate for the estimated minimum duration of breastfeeding of 2
hours per day, which means that as long as you are breastfeeding (but at least 12
months after the birth), you work 6 hours a day but you will be paid for the effective
work performance of 8 hours .

2.Focus time: Conceptual work / deep work is difficult with a toddler. Therefore we
support you with a nanny to have 3 hours of guaranteed focus time twice a week. We
support the nanny from your return to work and up to 18 months after the birth.

3.Meeting time: With your return to work, we will make the organization structurally
more family-friendly, which means that all large, company-wide meetings will be
held in 2 shifts of 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon.
