Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to impactful projects that support our company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for HR and recruitment, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.

  • Support training and development initiatives by coordinating logistics and materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in the field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Ability to attain credit for academic internship.

Additional Information

All internships are remote and available to current college students year-round on a part-time basis. Interns must be eligible for academic credit, and they are paid a stipend.
