Job Description
As Customer Service Representative, you performs patient registration functions information and resolve any emerging problems, also you be responsible for ensuring gathered information is entered accurately.
Qualifications
- Computer skills necessary with proficiency in the use of Word, Excel.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- High school education or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide friendly, quality and timely customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a potentially high stress, high volume environment/situation.
- Bilingual or Multilingual a plus
