As an Express Services Partner, you'll be the backbone of our facility's operations—ensuring seamless patient care and efficient logistics. Working collaboratively with our healthcare team, you'll take ownership of critical transport, equipment management, and facility support functions that directly impact patient experience and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service by managing timely pickup and delivery of medical and non-medical equipment and supplies throughout the facility
• Maintain the highest standards of equipment care through thorough cleaning, charging, and sanitation protocols that support patient safety
• Provide compassionate and professional wheelchair and stretcher transport services, ensuring patient comfort and dignity
• Support the patient billing process by accurately assisting with equipment charges and documentation
• Contribute to facility cleanliness and efficiency by managing waste and linen handling operations
• Demonstrate proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices consistently to protect yourself and others
• Leverage supply, transport, and discharge management systems to optimize workflow and communication across departments

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• One to two (1-2) years of related experience.
• Possess excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must maintain confidentiality of patient and unit-care data per HIPPA regulations.
• After initial training must be able to consistently demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
• After initial training, must be able to comprehend and utilize technology associated with supply/transport/discharge management software/systems.
