Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, you¿ll lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Using the nursing process, you¿ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do

• Provide compassionate patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• 2 years of RN experience
