We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize our digital marketing strategies. This role requires a professional with strong digital marketing expertise to implement campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation, specifically targeting CMOs and marketing leaders in large enterprises. The successful candidate will work across multiple channels, with a specific focus on LinkedIn advertising, content marketing and search engine marketing.
What you will do:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting CMOs and marketing professionals.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, including paid search (Google Ads), display ads, and retargeting, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
Content Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, and industry reports, aligned with the quarterly themes in the marketing plan.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create LinkedIn ad creatives, promotional videos, and social media content that engage and convert.
- Create, edit, and publish SEO-optimized blogs to drive organic traffic and improve rankings for key industry terms.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring competitive bids and efficient keyword targeting.
- Perform keyword research and on-page SEO improvements to support the monthly publication of high-value blog posts.
- Analyze and enhance website traffic performance to improve organic lead generation.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent posting (3–4 times weekly) of thought leadership content, promotional assets, and short-form video clips.
- Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to grow followers and build relationships with key industry influencers.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and manage monthly newsletters and email campaigns, integrating content assets such as webinars, podcasts, and gated whitepapers.
- Implement email automation workflows for lead nurturing, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing funnel.
Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, blog performance, and email engagement rates, using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to campaigns and content strategies.
- Track KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals and hand over qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal thought leaders to develop advocacy-driven content, leveraging their networks to amplify brand messaging.
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers for design, production, and editing support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Demonstrated success in managing LinkedIn ad campaigns with strong CTR and lead generation results.
- Experience with content creation, including blog management, email marketing and basic design collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, LinkedIn insights, and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
