HealthPlix is founded by serial entrepreneurs, and backed by marquee VCs such as LightSpeed, Chiratae, Kalaari Capital, and JSW Ventures. We are on a mission to digitize HealthCare and bring a positive impact on patient outcomes.

Technical Lead is the key person who will be leading a team of 10 developers, and will be responsible for driving the entire development for product releases across EMR / SPOT products of HealthPlix.

Some of the key responsibilities of this candidate are:

• Design/Development of new Features in the Product.
• Assign and Manage Issues/Tasks.
• Conduct Standups.
• Leading Sprint Planning.
• Lead by example, Should be actively involved in Coding.

We like those candidates who have these skills:

• Recommended to have 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Backend Development in php , python
• Frontend Development in Vanilla JS and React JS.
• Good knowledge about Mobile Development.
• Extensive experience on Linux.
• At least lead a team of 7-8 members for sometime, and enjoy doing so.
• Good knowledge in design patterns.
• Extensive experience working with MySQL.
• Experience with Release management.
• Product Architecture Experience from both Web and Mobile fronts.
• Test-Driven Development.
• Good with Data Structures / Dynamic Programming.

We don’t care if:

• You are from Tier 1 college or not.

Bonus if you have:

• Build your own projects which are live and have users.
• Contribute to open-source Github repositories.
