The SDR will play a key role in driving growth by generating leads, managing the sales funnel, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and passionate about SaaS solutions.

Job Description

Generate leads through research, cold calls, and emails.

Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.

Deliver product demos and articulate the product's value.

Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Create performance reports and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Experience:

1–4 years in B2B or SaaS sales.


Skills:

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with good English proficiency.

Background in accounting or financial solutions is a plus.

Additional Information

Work Schedule:

Saturday to Thursday, 8 hours/day

Remote or hybrid work arrangement


Compensation:

Fixed monthly salary based on experience

Lucrative commission structure based on sales
