Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at researching and generating high-quality leads that align with our Human Capital Management (HCM) services. You will collaborate to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects, driving business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the technology and engineering industries.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our ideal client profile.
  • Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

 

Qualifications

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Analytical mindset to track and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising is a plus.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
