You will collaborate to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects, driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the technology and engineering industries.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our ideal client profile.
- Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Analytical mindset to track and improve lead conversion rates.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
