GTT is the global expert in membrane cryogenic containment systems dedicated to the transport and storage of liquefied gases, and in particular LNG (liquefied natural gas).
Its major activity is now dedicated to equipping LNG carriers and LNG containment units, to which are added services, and digital solutions.

Job Description
The role consists in promoting GTT’s solutions for Onshore tanks in the Greater China region.
The candidate will be based at GTT China office in Shanghai and will report to the Business and Technical Solutions Director.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Driving the promotion of GTT’s products and services, particularly containment technologies, to key stakeholders such as gas EPC, Energy companies, and terminal operators.
- Strengthening GTT’s visibility and positioning within its wider ecosystem (EPCs and their subcontractors, suppliers, etc…)
- Building new collaborations and establishing strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers to ensure GTT technologies are considered in all identified and qualified opportunities.
- Defining and proposing techno-commercial action plans to management, while coordinating closely with Key Account Managers and Project teams (Commercial Division, Technical Division) for both existing accounts and prospects.
- Leading the preparation of techno-commercial proposals and conducting contract negotiations in close collaboration with the Legal Department
- Providing regular reporting to management on business activities (client meetings, opportunities pipeline) and market developments in the supervised regions, supported by the Business Analyst.
- Representing GTT in industry events by participating in and delivering presentations at conferences, webinars, and seminars, with the support of the communication team.
- Acting as the voice of the customer and the market towards the Innovation Department, contributing to the review and definition of the innovation roadmap, in the role of commercial sponsor.
Qualifications
Technical skills:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in onshore storage EPC, or in LNG shipping / operations.
- Experience in working with global matrix organizations and in or with international companies.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong expertise in complex sales techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of the market and industry players.
- Proficiency in office software and customer relationship management tools.
- Good command of marketing tools and methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Education & Experience:
- Engineering Master’s degree.
