Guarantee the implementation and execution of the Atlas program and WCM open management chapter. Developing continuous improvement controls for the manufacturing area, obtaining improvements in the performance and cost optimization in production.

The Functios are:

•Analyze production information in order to define appropriate tools for problem solving and improvement of line efficiency, reducing production cost and increasing the productivity capacity of the lines.

•Establish performance indicators along with the Plant Manager and team, in search of continuous improvement.

•Planning and implementation of the Atlas project to generate savings with levers in OEE, preventing maintenance management and COGP.

•Develop work plans for the implementation of improvements to optimize yields and uses of raw materials and packaging material.

•Standardize productive operations in order to optimize resources, reduce operational errors and generate savings.

Master Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position.
