We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Care Representative to join a fast-paced and exciting environment and be a welcoming face to our clients and their pets!

As a part of the Customer Care team, your duties will include: 

  • Part Time role, across a variety of day shifts, evenings and weekends
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Welcoming clients and their pets
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Managing email enquiries
  • Invoicing and taking payments – including cash and EFTPOS
  • Processing payments on Vetpay, Zippay and Afterpay finance platforms
  • Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required

About your experience and skill:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception/customer service role
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, during busy times, emergency situations or while dealing with difficult clients
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Experience with appointment entries, invoicing, and taking payments
  • Ability to manage your time effectively 
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Friendly, warm and professional phone manner with the ability to converse with a range of different people with compassion and empathy
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts and availability during busy peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, school holidays)
