Job Description

  • Conduct daily outbound calls or meeting for constructions professionals (foreman, contractor, architect, etc)
  • Guide regular onboarding that consist of product knowledge and regulation
  • Manage general administrative tasks such as managing data entry & daily report
  • Justify tender documents suitability from project leads (Check, Adjust, and Document Cleaning)
  • Distribute project leads to all feasible partners who are ready to take the project
  • Clarify and negotiate with partners along the tendering process to secure tender
  • Evaluate and summarize all tender to a single spreadsheet format to be compared
  • Weekly site visit to ensure construction worker's output, quality, and progress

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate students from Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (preferably in late semester or fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Have a good public speaking skills and no problem facing external stakeholders
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel or equivalent
  • Have basic knowledge on AutoCad software
  • Understand basic of construction management
