- Works closely with the Marketing and Operation team to generate funds from the private sector to meet challenging income targets while protecting the
- Fund’s reputation for independence and quality, in line with our ethical partnerships policy.
- Ensures that event sponsorship products are consistent with our corporate partnership programs and identifies opportunities for cross-selling of sponsorship and partnership programs.
- Identifies potential new sources of corporate funding and secures new business development meetings with potential partners, supporters, or sponsors within the health and social care sector.
- Develop new business model with other external parties that could create a win-win solution for both parties.
- Builds and maintains strong external relationships with potential sponsors through extensive telephone work and secures and leads new business meetings.
- Writes high quality external communications documents, including sponsorship marketing materials as required and other documentations.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, civil engineer, management, or related field
- Preferable from Tech-company
- Minimum 3 years of experience as BD or Sales person
- Have an experience in construction and building management industry will be a plus
- Effective communication skill as well as fluent in Bahasa and English
- Good personality and able to work both independently or in a team
