- Responsible for sourcing goods or services that are requested by the internal departments, dealing with suppliers, and negotiating for the best price and payment term

- Perform buying duties when necessary, and track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.

- Ensures the quality standards are followed in all activities and processes

- Experience in standardizing procurement processes

- Create processes and SOP from scratch, by advising on sourcing strategies to ensure timely delivery on projects

- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors

- Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and market channels

- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent education

- Preferably 3-5 years related working experience in purchasing / buyer in the startup environment

- Knowledge in Purchasing / Inventory / Material

- Self-starter & good in communication / negotiation skills

- Uphold high integrity, honesty, and fairness in performing the duties.
