• Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Assist in SIT (System Integration Testing) & UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing to our providers
• Liaise with our team (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Analyze PRD (Product Requirement Document) and find anomalies in the designs that have been made
• Continuous improvement of testing techniques and methods to enhance test quality and efficiency

• Have experience in the field of quality testing at least 1 year
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related subject
• Have a knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Have a knowledge in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Have good intrapersonal and communication skills when among teammates
• Experience in tools like Jira, Xray, SQL is a plus
• Able to do hybrid working arrangement, will be located in Jakarta
