The Account Management team supports Grab's commercial clients by managing account needs, coordinating internal support, and helping clients use Grab's services. We work with clients and teams to maintain account operations, improve service delivery, and identify opportunities for account growth.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Intern to join our team. As an Account Management Intern, you will support commercial account operations in Singapore through client communication, account coordination, data management, and internal service delivery. You will work with Account Managers across teams to maintain accurate account information, support client onboarding, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support Account Managers with client communications, routine enquiries, account reviews, and escalation of complex matters.
• You will prepare and maintain account documentation, proposals, presentations, reports, and client-interaction summaries.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system and other relevant databases.
• You will coordinate with other teams to support client onboarding, account transitions, and timely service delivery.
• You will monitor account activities and performance, identify issues or opportunities, and provide clear updates to the account management team.
• You will support account growth projects and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and workflow coordination.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Undergraduate in Business or other relevant fields.
• Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
• Experienced in balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (g-Docs, g-Sheets, g-Slides, and g-Drive).
• Have experience with building, nurturing, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Comfortable with analysing quantitative/qualitative data, and approach challenges logically.
• Experience maintaining an organised and up-to-date data accuracy in all deliverables.
• Be a collaborative team player within a cross-functional environment.
