Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a field-oriented Large Area Associate (LAA) to join our team. In this role, you will work on the ground to build strong relationships with merchants in strategically identified, high-density areas. Your core mission is to help these merchants grow their businesses through data-backed engagement, campaign participation, and the adoption of high-impact commercial solutions. You will report to the Large Area Manager Lead and work onsite in our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Identify high-potential merchants based on cuisine relevance, performance, and offline traffic.
  • Act as a dedicated monthly growth consultant for merchants within your assigned zone.
  • Build trust through frequent in-person visits and strategic follow-up calls.
  • Serve as the primary advisor for merchants upgrading their delivery and digital presence.
  • Drive high merchant campaign participation to beat city-level benchmarks.
  • Increase the take-up of ads, new products, and exclusive "bet deals" or pilots.
  • Operate effectively within a tightly defined, high-density geographic territory.
  • Prioritize and hit targeted business growth and campaign metrics.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, specifically within food/on-demand delivery, e-commerce, retail, F&B, or logistics.
  • Hands-on experience in field sales or territory management, with the willingness to maintain high mobility across outer Jabodetabek and Karawang.
  • Proven track record of managing partners, driving revenue through partnerships, and balancing multiple sales opportunities.
  • Great at listening to partners, solving their unique challenges, and explaining product benefits in a way that truly clicks with them.
  • Comfortable diving into Excel data & SQL to find practical solutions and turn insights into clear actions.
  • Loves taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to success.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
