You are the backbone of our growing firm! We have lots of moving parts, and we need your energy, positive attitude, and exceptional organizational skills to keep us on track. You are a multifaceted administrator who enjoys meeting and talking to people, building a welcoming, upbeat workplace. You have 4+ years of professional office management experience, preferably in a technical environment or AEC industry. You enjoy doing a little bit of everything – operations, admin support, event planning, and some HR, jumping in wherever you can to help and expand your knowledge. How you’ll spend your days:

  • Managing and organizing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, growing office – guest relations, admin support, process and document management, and light HR
  • Overseeing front desk operations – handling calls and correspondence, greeting guests, and guiding vendors and deliveries
  • Coordinating office operations, making sure the team has everything they need to get their jobs done – you are the glue that holds us all together
  • Supporting administrative functions, managing calendars, meetings, conference rooms, project documentation, and HR reports, and documenting SOPs
  • Facilitating employee onboarding, organizing team building activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive and engaging culture
  • Jumping in to help wherever you can to maintain an effective organization where everyone can focus on their strengths!

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment, preferably a technical environment or AEC industry background
  • Brilliantly organized, resourceful, and self-directed – your attention to detail is one of your greatest strengths
  • Technically savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and office productivity applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple and simultaneous projects
  • Naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind – you can switch priorities quickly, and your memory is remarkable
  • Friendly, outgoing, engaging personality, driven to excellence, and able to set boundaries with a smile
  • You are energized by being present and engaged in the office every day — this is where you do your best work
