As the newest technical leader on our team, you’ll turn design intent into coordinated, buildable solutions that elevate every project—from early concept through construction. How you’ll spend your day:

  • Developing clear, coordinated and technically sound drawings that reinforce design integrity
  • Translating design direction into functional, code-compliant, buildable solutions
  • Reviewing and integrating feedback from Project Managers and Design Managers
  • Coordinating with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants - identifying conflicts early and proposing actionable, technically sound solutions
  • Conducting internal QA/QC for accuracy, consistency, and rigorous documentation standards
  • Supporting permit packages, construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, and ASIs
  • Participating in site visits and assisting with constructability issue resolution
  • Providing technical mentorship to designers and Job Captains
  • Maintaining alignment with Project Managers and Senior PMs on priorities and deliverables

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture – licensure preferred; active pursuit encouraged
  • 8+ years of architectural experience and a demonstrated passion for technical precision
  • Strong understanding of building systems, constructability, detailing, and codes
  • Advanced Revit proficiency — you know how to organize complex models with clarity
  • Proven experience coordinating across multiple consultants and disciplines
  • Clear communication style and disciplined documentation habits
  • Ability to translate design intent into consistent, coordinated, buildable technical solutions
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk identification and issue resolution
