Job Description

In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in building our HR operations from the ground up – developing the full-cycle recruiting process and ensuring we attract and onboard top talent to fuel our growth. This will include enhancing our HR systems, benefit programs, and performance management program. You have about 3 years of technical HR experience and are comfortable working with some level of ambiguity. You’ll be collaborating with your senior leadership to develop and implement HR programs that will help us achieve our ambitious growth plans. How you’ll spend your days:

  • Establishing a foundational process for recruiting, onboarding and pipeline management.
  • Managing employee benefits programs, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, and evaluating benefits to maintain competitive offerings
  • Facilitating the performance management program, including goal setting, quarterly EOS conversations, and annual reviews to support professional development
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and ensuring accurate recordkeeping for all employee-related documentation
  • Evangelizing a culture of growth and engagement

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration and 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a growing company where programs are evolving continuously
  • Exposure to EOS will get our attention!
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing recruiting, onboarding, and performance management programs
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, automated payroll, and other mainstream HR tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
