Job Description
As a key member of our sales team, you are responsible for acquiring new business and revenue growth within a named account list. You are a proven quota buster with experience selling in the data center space. As a natural hunter, you have a drive to succeed with a "never-quit" attitude and determination to produce results – you also understand the importance of relationships and being a trusted advisor. Some of the stuff you'll be working on:
- Driving new revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within your named account list
- Developing an understanding of our products and how each customer can leverage our solutions
- Tracking your progress against quota and blowing the lid off the numbers!
- Collaborating with channel partners to grow revenues within existing accounts and acquire new logos
- Working closely with technical SMEs to create the best solutions for potential customers
- Establishing strong relationships with your customers and channel partners and continuously educating them on emerging products
- Maintaining a robust pipeline and documenting activities in SalesForce to keep everyone in the know
- Traveling as necessary to achieve your objectives
Qualifications
What we think you'll need to have:
- Undergraduate degree and at least 3 years of successful sales experience as a key account manager in a quota-driven environment within the data center sector
- A demonstrated tenacity for busting quota as a top sales performer – club performance!
- Successful track record of partnering with and leveraging channel partners
- Strong customer service acumen with a focus on providing the best solutions and a white-glove experience
- Fiercely competitive, strategic, and technically minded – you are energized by the hunt
- Understanding of mainstream CRMs and engagement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach/SalesLoft
- Exceptional personal, written, and presentation skills– authentic, respectful, and polished
- Open, honest, and passionate about providing the best solution to our customers
- Within a commutable distance of a major airport and the ability to travel regularly
Additional Information

- Total compensation between $175,000 - $225,000
