Spend your time:

• Managing a portfolio of clients providing fractional general ledger accounting activities
• Leading the accounting activities, including tasks related to billing, AP/AR, month and year-end closing, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting
• Researching technical accounting issues for compliance with local, state, and federal tax filings
• Analyzing financial information and presenting key insights in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making
• Continuously looking for improvements and automation to processes and internal controls to support company goals

Show us your:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3+ years of full-cycle accounting – bonus points for sales tax exposure
• Advanced competencies in QuickBooks Online, Excel, mainstream billing and HR platforms – we use Gusto and Bill.com
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and GAAP standards in a variety of industries
• Refined analytical and communication skills and the ability to present insights and recommendations with confidence to facilitate decision-making
• Demonstrated experience working in a virtual environment – capable of managing your time and maintaining detailed documentation and records
• Responsible and trustworthy - ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Friendly, outgoing, engaging personality – you love working with people and supporting our positive company culture!
• Availability during business hours between 20 and 35 hours per week
