As the newest member of our team, you will be working with internal project teams to bring each project to reality with the highest level of customer service. You are a talented mechanical engineer who is proud of your work. Your Values: Customer Service, Quality, and Teamwork
How you’ll spend your days:
- Working with internal project teams to deliver the best designs for each project
- Providing load calculations and energy analysis on projects
- Selecting and scheduling equipment
- Assisting with weekly project reports, attending the weekly internal status meetings, and providing accurate progress billing information to accounting
- Issuing change requests when required
- Navigating changes, risks, and other construction messiness to the satisfaction of the contractor/owner and our company
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the role:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least a year of professional experience designing commercial HVAC systems
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and load software – we use Trace700
- Naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind and the ability to work cohesively with a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to set and make deadlines
- Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude
- A special interest in historical restoration projects – because we do a lot of them
Additional Information
