We are growing and need your operational, analytical and financial experience to help manage the accounting and finance functions that will sustain our growth. As a member of our executive team, you will be responsible for managing our accounting office, budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and financial. Your decade of experience overseeing all aspects of accounting, human resources and inventory has given you broad exposure to project costing, inventory optimization, cash flow analysis, policies and procedures that maximize profits while navigating risks. Some of the work that needs to be done:

  • Leading all accounting and finance operations adhering to GAAP standards
  • Overseeing the operations of purchasing, inventory management, accounting, and human resources
  • Analyzing company operations to identify economic best practices and opportunities to maximize profits
  • Developing and maintaining operational controls and accounting processes and procedures for US and international offices to ensure compliance and timely reporting
  • Serving as a liaison to external vendors, auditors and benefits administration partners
  • Enhancing our NetSuite ERP and other systems to positively impact the organization
  • Monitoring all banking activities of the global organization, including reconciliations, reporting and internal controls
  • Inspiring a team that is focused service excellence and fiscal responsibility
  • Working with the Executive Team to guide our growth

Qualifications

Show us your:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting and CPA designation
  • At least 10 years of experience as an accounting leader in a global wholesale distributor or retailer
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state, federal, and international laws that govern finances and human resources
  • Strong budgeting and financial acumen with demonstrated knowledge of general business functions
  • Solid command of a mainstream ERP – we use NetSuite and Office 365
  • Transparent and collaborative leadership style - you know when to coach, direct, delegate and support
  • Strategic thinker – you can see the big picture while focusing teams on execution and delivery
  • High-level problem-solving skills – creative thinker – decisive leader
  • Available to travel as needed about 25%
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an orientation to drive innovation and growth as a trusted member of the executive team
