Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be the face of Routinify in the homecare market. You’ll be connecting directly with homecare providers, franchise owners and independent living facilities to evangelize the value of improving care through Routinify. Our unique solution allows aging adults to live independently for a longer period of time. Your extensive experience in the homecare community, coupled with your understanding of technology and its capabilities for improving care, is what we need to continue to grow. What you’ll be working on

  • Building trusting relationships with homecare providers to understand their needs and challenges in the delivery of care
  • Educating decision-makers on the effectiveness of leveraging Routinify to make aging in place more effective and efficient 
  • Demonstrating the telecare service and its ability to provide a comprehensive plan to improve care
  • Providing “boots on the ground” feedback to our product team for future enhancements to our ever-evolving platform
  • Participating in on-going training to enhance your knowledge of the industry, products and competition

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the team

  • BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience in the homecare or assisted living industry as a provider, facility manager or franchise owner – you are truly embedded in the industry
  • Passionate about working in an environment where the mission is to help seniors stay at home independently
  • Understanding of basic technology and the ability to demonstrate its usefulness to novice users
  • Strong personal, written and presentation skills – poised, confident and respectful 
  • Organized and capable of managing your time, tasks and activities without daily guidance
  • A positive and energetic demeanor with the ability to create peace of mind for our clients
