As the newest member to our team you’ll be helping design, build and install commercial security systems throughout the Denver Metro area.  You’ll also be working directly with customers to repair, enhance and upgrade their existing systems as needed.  When something breaks, you’ll be there to make sure they are protected during the repair cycle.  Helping customers protect their assets and provide them with peace of mind is what you’re all about.  Interested?

How you’ll be spending your days:

•    Installing low voltage systems including intrusion, CCTV, access control, intercom and other smart building devices
•    Troubleshooting and repairing systems as necessary
•    Documenting service and installations while providing as built documentation to customers – ensuring company documentation is completed and maintained accurately
•    Building strong customer relationships – they know you’ll follow up and follow through
•    Practicing sound workplace safety – no shortcuts
•    Always looking for new and better methods to solve our customer’s security challenges
•    Keeping yourself, your team, company and customer information organized, safe and secure 

The skill and character you bring:
•    Some education in electronics, computer network administration or other electro/mechanical discipline
•    At least 2 years of experience as a bench tech, field tech or low voltage technician
•    Strong mechanical aptitude – you love to figure out how things work and why they don’t
•    Comfortable working on ladders while using hand and power tools
•    Technically competent with computers and office productivity tools
•    Experience configuring devices such as dvr’s, cameras, security panels and access control systems
•    Pride of ownership – you’ll happily put your name on your work – it’s just that good!
•    Proficient at gathering information and solving problems.  Google is your BFF – the first place you’ll go for all of the galaxy’s most difficult quandaries
•    You are an organized professional capable of managing your time and activities without daily guidance.  You’ll frequently work remotely so we need your maturity and focus on our team
•    You are intensely curious – you love absorbing new concepts and figuring out how to apply technology to them
