What your days look like

  • Managing all day to day accounting transactions including A/R, A/P, GL, and Payroll
  • Preparing and sending monthly invoices, late notifications and recording payments – keeping the A/R current, like a well-oiled machine
  • Running point on all inbound payables – entering bills and getting them paid
  • Handling appropriate reconciliations to ensure that each penny is in its place
  • Improving existing processes to enhance our company– as a high value team member you are committed to the development of yourself and the company
  • Pitching in wherever you can to make our workplace amazing!

Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you

  • Degree in Accounting, business administration or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
  • Professional experience working in a small, high growth company where agility, flexibility, and your ability to roll with the punches are just a few of your many talents
  • Outstanding computer skills – the usual stuff – Word and Excel
  • Experience using a cloud-based ERP or accounting system
  • Natural problem solving – as soon as someone has an idea you immediately begin thinking about how to make it work
  • A passion for making deadlines
  • You love working with people and play well as a member of the team
