Job Description
Business Operations Manager will oversee and manage day to day operations of EoD regarding over all business, including TA, HR processes, Staff onboarding, Staff Inductions and training practices, Staff handling and crisis resolving methods, Staff performance analysis and feedbacks, Staff motivations, appraisal experiences and benefit proposals, Team buildups, monitoring documentation practices, compliance and aligning with the company goals and policies. Sales Operations until Collection of AR.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. People & Operations Management
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, processes, and organizational standards
- Oversee end-to-end team management processes including onboarding, integration, development, and transitions
- Support team engagement, address concerns, and facilitate resolution of workplace challenges
- Drive performance alignment through regular feedback, development planning, and structured reviews
- Support compensation planning, rewards alignment, and performance-driven outcomes
- Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements
- Oversee hiring progress to ensure timely onboarding of quality talent aligned to business needs
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support fulfillment of open roles
- Review resource allocation and ensure optimal workforce planning across teams
- Support onboarding and deployment of resources across business requirements and projects
2. Sales Operations
- Monitor and review sales processes and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies including service activation guidelines
- Support sales teams in maintaining accurate records and documentation
3. Billing & Collections
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor collections
- Identify and escalate delayed or high-risk accounts
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments
4. Operations & Documentation Management
- Maintain records related to client contracts, mobilization, invoicing, and business correspondence
- Ensure proper documentation practices and data accuracy within systems such as SmartRecruiters
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
5. Logistics & Cost Control
- Oversee IT assets, hardware allocation, and resource logistics
- Manage transportation, accommodation, and related operational support
- Monitor utilization and optimize cost efficiency
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Identify risks and proactively address operational or HR-related escalations
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance standards
7. Team Leadership & Communication
- Build and manage a high-performing operations team
- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure clear communication across departments
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
8. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly operational reports with management
- Provide insights on hiring, resource utilization, collections, and performance metrics
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business targets
9. Key Deliverables / Reporting
- Weekly updates to Business Unit Director including hiring status, TA performance, task tracker updates, staff updates, collections and AR status, and overall operational updates
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in operations, HR, or business management roles
- Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or service-based environments preferred
