Description:

• As a  Buyer , you will support procurement and purchasing activities on a short-term basis, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

• This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement within a dynamic environment.

• In this role, you will contribute to maintaining smooth procurement operations, helping secure quality materials and services that support our business objectives during your tenure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in processing purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Support supplier evaluation and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying procurement needs.

• Supplier Invoice Resolution – address and resolve issues related to supplier invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Eagerness to learn and develop procurement skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 1-2 years or some experience or exposure to procurement or purchasing activities.

• Invoice and accounting resolution experience.

• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.

• Familiarity with procurement software or tools is advantageous. 

• SAP experience an asset.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
